Donate to Nancy's Project
You can donate to Nancy's Project now, using PayPal or credit card:
Every year in the fall our farm worker families are split up as workers leave the Salinas Valley and follow the crops to Yuma, Arizona—the winter home for growing fruit and vegetables. Parents and small children are left behind until the Salinas Valley crops begin to mature in March and the migrant parents return to work the fields here. Late February and early March can be lean times. Nancy's Project provides $25 grocery cards and beans, clothing and shoes, blankets and warm jackets to help our working families.
Help our essential workers by donating grocery cards (or money to buy them), diapers, warm clothing, blankets, sweatshirts and children's and babies' clothing (clean and in good condition please!). Call Nancy's Project 831-920-7737 for drop off sites or pickup of larger items. Donations can be made online by clicking the Donate button above, or you can mail grocery cards and checks to Nancy's Project (PO Box 1, Monterey, CA 93942). All gifts are tax deductible. |
The following types of donations are most welcome:
- New and gently used clothing (nothing red, please)
- New school shoes for children - black or white preferred with
minimal decoration. Sizes 12 children's to 10 women's (girls)
and 12 children's to 12 men's (boys)

school supplies, that's great!
